Live Life Aberdeenshire Libraries are once again taking part in the Grampian Wellbeing Festival. Our health and wellbeing events provide an opportunity for all ages to engage with other people, develop friendships and try new activities.
The Garioch Community Kitchen will provide a 2 hour practical cooking demonstration of a healthier version of a popular take away meal and will be offering advice, information and resources on eating healthy on a budget, reducing food waste and upcoming courses at the kitchen. The session will be relaxed and interactive giving attendees the opportunity to help out with the cooking if they wish, and a tasting of the meal made.
Inverurie library staff will also provide a sample of cookery books and information on how to access digital resources.
