Are you or someone you know looking for support to make small changes towards a healthier lifestyle? Our Spring Health Watch drop in sessions are open to everyone, so come and see us!

We want to help take the pressure off the NHS by providing free blood pressure checks in our sports venues and libraries across Aberdeenshire.  Our Health and Wellbeing Instructors are advisors and can provide some basic lifestyle advice and signpost you for further support.  They will also be encouraging everyone to participate in home blood pressure monitoring to put you back in the driver's seat and save lives.

Live Life Aberdeenshire Libraries are once again taking part in the Grampian Wellbeing Festival.  Our health and wellbeing events provide an opportunity for all ages to engage with other people, develop friendships and try new activities.

Join us for an informal adult craft group where people bring their own crafts to work on, share ideas and have a chat.

Booking is required either online or at the library issue desk.  N.B. You will be booking for numerous sessions at a time 2nd April - 17th December.

Then grab your hooks and needles and join us at Fraserburgh library for our Crafty Claikers group,

Come and join us in the meeting room of the Brander Building for some knitting and a good chat with like minded people.

This event takes place upstairs in the meeting room which can be accessed by using the stairs or the stair lift.
