Join us for an informal adult craft group where people bring their own crafts to work on, share ideas and have a chat.

Booking is required either online or at the library issue desk.  N.B. You will be booking for numerous sessions at a time 2nd April - 17th December.

This workshop will explore what stigma is, where it comes from and the impact it can have on us.  We'll talk about the difference between mental health and mental illness.  And we'll share practical tools, tips and techniques on how to overcome stigma.
