Macduff Marine Aquarium Rockpool Rambles

Even though Macduff Marine Aquarium is closed for refurbishment you can still join us for a chance to explore that thin strip of land that sometimes belongs to the sea and it's fascinating inhabitants with a guided Rockpool Ramble! A Marine Master will talk you through tips and tricks to find and identify hardy seashore critters while you explore what the tides have left behind in our local rockpools.

These sessions cost £5 per person. All children under 16 must be accompanied by a responsible adult. Please book a space for every member of your party (including adults). Spaces will be limited. 

All sessions will take place at east end of Banff Links. Sessions are weather dependent so please check the aquarium website or our Facebook page for updates.

Please wear appropriate footwear, such as wellies and dress for the weather.

Meet at the picnic benches at East end of Bank Links (opposite side from caravan park) 5 minutes before the start of the session. Nets and buckets will be provided.
