If you enjoy taking part in discussions and stimulating conversation our Knowledge Exchange Cafes are the place to be. The talks are led by specialists who talk about their topic of expertise and then present to you questions which leads to discussion and conversation.
Session details: Do you think about where your food comes from? How it's grown, harvested, transported, stored and cooked. Food connects all of us and it impacts our environment in a range of ways. Join Francesca, NESCAN Community Development Officer, to have a blether about all things food and how we can all make small positive changes to help our planet by adapting the way we buy and eat food in the North-East of Scotland.

Booking is recommended, however walk-ins will be welcome.

Live Life Aberdeenshire Libraries are once again taking part in the Grampian Wellbeing Festival. Our health and wellbeing events provide an opportunity for all ages to engage with other people, develop friendships and try new activities.
