Mearns and Coastal Healthy Living Network are providing support sessions.  Take your device along and get assistance with laptops, phones, tablets, apps, qr codes and much more.

This is a free event and no booking is required.

Sessions are for pre-school children with a parent or carer. 

This session will be led by a member of our team who has recently attended Bookbug with Makaton training. The session will include elements of Makaton signing, for example the Hello/Goodbye song and 1 rhyme. As staff develop their skills they will be adding more signed songs and rhymes.

PLEASE NOTE that one booking is only required per household (i.e., 1 Adult and children) attending this event.

We will accept walk-ins; however, we are limiting numbers that can attend due to space in which the session or event takes place.

To avoid disappointment, we would recommend booking a space for this activity where possible.

Please cancel your space if you can no longer attend.

Join Portlethen Library Junior Book Group - Read, Write, Repeat where you will dive in to fantastical adventures and go on an exploration of the world of books.

Open to readers age 9-12 years, the group will run for as a 4 month block.  Meeting on the first Thursday of the month 4-5pm.

Please bring your favourite book or the book you are reading to the first meet.

Come and join us for our ASN friendly relaxed Lego session at Portlethen Library.

We will have Duplo and standard Lego available in a quiet side room adjacent to the main library.

This session must be booked and Parents/Carers must remain at all times.

Please just book a place for the participant not the parent/carer.

Join us for an extra special Bookbug session where we will be joined by the Portlethen Young at Heart Group.  This intergenerational session will give our youngest community members the chance to interact with some of our more mature members, through song and rhyme.
