Charlie Rowe, Rhys Ifans and Anna Friel star in this TV fantasy adventure, which explores a new beginning to the origins of J.M. Barrie's classic children's story. Scraping a living on the streets of Victorian London, orphan Peter (Rowe) and his pickpocket friends find themselves transported to a magical realm after they're instructed to steal a mysterious treasure on the orders of their criminal tutor, Jimmy Hook (Ifans). In the strange and beautiful Neverland, Peter and his friends have to do battle with a group of 18th century pirates led by Captain Elizabeth Bonny (Friel), who, along with Hook, is eager to discover the whereabouts of a magical mineral dust that gives the power of flight.
