An episode from the first season of the action thriller series starring Steven Seagal. Ex-black ops specialist Elijah Kane (Seagal) and his team of undercover cops go head-to head against a militant group calling themselves 'New Hope', who are trying to provoke civil unrest at any cost. If that's not enough, one of Kane's former colleagues, Bird (Ryan Robbins), is identified as being a deadly sniper on a mission to spread fear and panic among the terrified population.
