Marc Francis and Max Pugh co-write and direct this documentary which follows a community of Buddhists based in rural France. Narrated by Benedict Cumberbatch, the film looks at the community's 90-year-old Vietnamese teacher Thich Nhát Hanh, who was forced to move west following his exile from Vietnam in the 1960s. Credited with introducing the practice of mindfulness to the West, Hanh opened the monastery in 1982 while also making regular appearances on the US lecture circuit.
